Onika Griffiths, BSN, RN
Onika is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rasmussen University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, with a minor in Infection Control, from the University of South Florida. She brings a strong clinical foundation in patient-centered care, emergency response, and infectious disease prevention to every class.
As a healthcare professional actively working in acute care, Onika applies real-world clinical experience and evidence-based practice to her instruction. Through Revive360, she delivers AHA guideline-based CPR, BLS, and AED training that is practical, confidence-building, and focused on real-life emergency readiness.

Do personal trainers need CPR certification?
Yes. Most major certifying bodies (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA) and most gyms require a current, hands-on CPR/AED certification. Heartsaver CPR/AED covers that requirement. Confirm your certifying body's specific wording before you enroll.
How much does CPR certification cost?
BLS Provider is $75 per person. Heartsaver CPR/AED is $90 and First Aid certification is $100 per person, or $150 for the Heartsaver + First Aid bundle. Group and on-site rates include volume discounts for teams of six or more.

How long does a class take?
Most certifications run about 2 to 4 hours depending on the course and class size, and you leave the same day with your certification card. Group sessions are scheduled around your team's availability.
