Registration, Attendance & Refund Policies

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Thank you for choosing Revive360 CPR Training LLC. Our goal is to provide high-quality, hands-on CPR and emergency response training in a professional learning environment. Please review the following policies before registering for a class.

Registration & Payment

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class are eligible for either:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund. Students may request a one-time transfer to another available class for a $15 rescheduling fee, subject to instructor approval and class availability.

Because class sizes are limited, each reserved seat prevents another student from registering. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if your plans change.

If Revive360 CPR Training LLC cancels a class due to instructor illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, students may choose to receive a full refund or transfer to another available class at no additional cost.

Rescheduling Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for eligible cancellations made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Refunds will not be issued for:

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class to allow time for check-in.

Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be admitted. Due to course requirements and hands-on instruction, late arrivals may miss essential material and may not be eligible to receive certification.

Students denied entry because of late arrival are not eligible for a refund but may request a one-time transfer to another class, subject to the Rescheduling Policy.

No-Show Policy

Certification Requirements

Certification cards are issued only after the student successfully completes all required course components, including skills testing and any required written assessments, in accordance with the applicable training standards. Students who do not successfully complete the course requirements will not receive certification.

Certification cards are valid for the period set by the applicable guidelines (for example, two years for BLS). It is your responsibility to confirm that a specific certification meets your employer's or certifying body's requirements before enrolling.

Inclement Weather

If severe weather or another emergency requires Revive360 CPR Training LLC to cancel or postpone a class, students will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to transfer to another class or receive a full refund.

Student Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful learning environment, Revive360 CPR Training LLC reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with instruction. Students removed from class for misconduct will not be eligible for a refund.
