• Information you provide. When you submit a contact or group training request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, participant count, preferred timeframe, and any details you include in your message.
• Booking information. When you schedule a class through our booking calendar (Calendly), that scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and we receive the details you enter to confirm your class.
• Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our host may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule or confirm CPR, BLS, AED, or First Aid training.
• To send booking confirmations, class details, reminders, and follow-up related to your request.
• To provide certification records and support related to your training.
• To improve our services and keep the website secure.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our form and hosting provider (Netlify) and our scheduling provider (Calendly), and only as needed to deliver the service you requested. This website is intended for adults booking training. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. When training involves minors, a parent, guardian, or organization coordinates the booking.
