These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of revive360cprtraining.com and the training services provided by Revive360 CPR Training LLC ("Revive360," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a class or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Revive360 provides American Heart Association (AHA) guideline-based CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), AED, and First Aid training and certification, delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse. Course content follows current AHA guidelines. Certification is issued upon successful completion of the applicable course requirements, including any required hands-on skills demonstration.

Booking, pricing, and payment

• Current pricing is listed on our website: BLS Provider is $75 per person; Heartsaver CPR/AED is $90 and First Aid is $100 per person. Group and on-site rates vary by team size and are confirmed by quote.
• Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that booking.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat. Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Registration, attendance, cancellations, and refunds

Registration, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late-arrival, no-show, inclement weather, and student conduct terms are governed by our Registration, Attendance & Refund Policies. Please review that page before booking. By registering for a class, you agree to those policies.

Certification

Certification is awarded only to participants who attend the full course and successfully meet the course requirements. Certification cards are valid for the period set by the issuing guidelines (for example, two years for BLS). It is your responsibility to confirm that a specific certification meets your employer's or certifying body's requirements before enrolling.

Assumption of risk

CPR and First Aid training involves physical activity such as chest compressions on a mannequin. By attending, you confirm that you are able to participate and agree to notify the instructor of any condition that may affect your participation. Training is educational and does not make you a medical professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive360 CPR Training LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in training. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable class.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
